- Shrimp Scampi w/ Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, lemon, white wine, and garlic served over linguini and a fresh baby green
salad with a light lemon raspberry vinaigrette
- Island Caribbean Jerked Ribs marinated in garlic, lime and Bermuda sweet rum until tender. BBQ'd to perfection and
served with fresh sweet corn, and coleslaw
- Duck Breasts marinated in fresh ginger, grilled to perfection and served with Japanese peapods and garlic mashed
potatoes
- Swordfish with fresh thick swordfish steaks marinated in white wine and lemon, served with baby red potatoes and field

- Pork Tenderloin marinated with herb rub and seared in a pear brandy reduction served with vegetable and saffron rice
