Lunch

  • Salmon Cape Breton served over baby green salad w/ citrus Dijon sauce and crusty French Baguette
  • Grilled Flatbread Pizza w/ sun dried tomato and portabella mushrooms w/tomato and arugula salad w/ balsamic
    vinaigrette
  • Sun dried tomato wraps with thick sliced Turkey, Ham, Swiss, tomato, and field greens with fresh coleslaw salad and
    chips
  • Grilled Cheeseburgers in Paradise, with all the fixings, and french fries
  • BLT's served toasted with lots of bacon, lettuce and tomato, Crispy pickles and chips
  • Quesadillas with grilled chicken, jack cheese, lettuce, fresh salsa, and blue tortilla chips
  • Mango Gazpacho soup with Traditional Chicken Caesar salad and crusty french baguette



Yacht Pride Dinner

  • Shrimp Scampi w/ Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, lemon, white wine, and garlic served over linguini and a fresh baby green
    salad with a light lemon raspberry vinaigrette
  • Island Caribbean Jerked Ribs marinated in garlic, lime and Bermuda sweet rum until tender. BBQ'd to perfection and
    served with fresh sweet corn, and coleslaw
  • Duck Breasts marinated in fresh ginger, grilled to perfection and served with Japanese peapods  and garlic mashed
    potatoes
  • Swordfish with fresh thick swordfish steaks marinated in white wine and lemon, served with baby red potatoes and field
    green salad
  • Pork Tenderloin marinated with herb rub and seared in a pear brandy reduction served with vegetable and saffron rice
  • Cornish Game Hens roasted to perfection with thyme, white wine, and lemon. Add a delectable apricot glaze and served
    with wild rice and sauteed fresh vegetable
